Wall-McDaniel Home, Adams Street
Edith White Wall built this house ca. 1920. It is said to have been a small copy of the Pope-Walker house, Mrs. Wall's family home. In 1986 it was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. McDaniel. The home has been redecorated and a brick, walled terrace added across the back of the house. New plantings and a wrought iron gate have added to the grounds. Sketched by Lee Harless, 1988.
