Thompson, Tucker, Vaughan Homes, Adams Street
A view of the 1973 Thompson home, the ca. 1867 Weeden-Tucker home and the ca. 1825 Cruse-Vaughan home. The first house was designed by Birmingham architect, Henry Sprott Long, for the owners, Dr. and Mrs. Ira D. Thompson. Mr. and Mrs. William D. Tucker own the home of Miss Howard Weeden's brother, and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert W. Vaughan bought the Samuel Cruse home in 1979. Sketched by Lee Harless, Jr. in 1987.
