

ADAMS-SUTTON HOME, Adams Street
Built in the last quarter of the 19th century, this modified Queen Anne Revival-style house contains much of its original elaborately carved woodwork, featuring fluted Corinthian columns. Painted in 1978 as a surprise by the young artist and friend, Patricia Merrell.
