Pope-Upchurch Home, Franklin Street
This two story brick Federal home was built for merchant Samuel Hazard ca. 1829. It was later owned by Dr. and Mrs. David Moore and remained in the Rhett family from 1851 -1928. Present owners are Dr. and Mrs. William Upchurch.
