Low, flat house made 1-1/2 floor in 1996 per J&H Arch sketches. "Fair" execution of sketch design (H. Jones). Stone wall appears to date from 1800s based on ashiar technique & hand-chiseling. (HJAC - '97)

This home was built in 1957 by Willa and Louis Brown. It was purchased by Martha Powell-Askins in 1979. Sketched by Lee Harless, Jr. in 1988.
