"Huntsville Manufacturing Company - Originally known as the Merrimack Mill. The factory was constructed in 1899 and the surrounding mill villiage grew to 279 houses, a hospital, school, company store and other businesses. Lowenstein Fabrics bought the mill in 1946, changing its name to Huntsville Manufacturing Company and the mill villiage became Huntsville Park. The mill continued to operate until 1989 and was torn down in 1992. "
