MAYHEW-THOMAS HOME, Eustis Street
In a picture lent by the owners, their delightful residence on Eustis Street with its wooden lace trim smiles at its neighbors. Called the Mayhew-Thomas home it was built ca. 1843. The scene was done by Albert Lane in 1954.
Mrs. Mayhew had lilies-of-the-valley all up and down the driveway and every spring sister and I would pick huge bouquets of them for the cemetery.
