Cabaniss-Roberts Home, Randolph Street
This Federal two-story house was designed by 19th century architect, George Steele, ca. 1832 for John C. Roach. It was purchased in 1843 by the Cabaniss family and has remained in the family ever since. Dr. Frances C. Roberts, the great-granddaughter of Septimus D. Cabaniss, owns the house. Sketched by Lee Harless, Jr. in 1978.
