• Larry Capps "served as Manager of Raytheon's Huntsville Operations, and Director of their Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence Operations. Mr. Capps retired as a Brigadier General from the U.S. Army in 1991 with his last assignment as Deputy Commanding General of the Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and received a Master of Science in Operations Research/Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval postgraduate School. He is also a graduate of the U. S. Army Command and General Staff College, the Defense Language Institute, the Defense Systems Management College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces." - Torch Technologies News
