Ralph holds a B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Administrative Science from the University of Alabama and served in the U.S. Navy in Viet Nam.'
Kaiser further states 'In addition to Ralph's work with the City of Huntsville and U.S. Space and Rocket Center he also has substantial experience working in commercial real estate for the past several years.'
