• "Dr. Gilbert is a co-founder of Dynetics, Inc. His specialty areas in radar are Surface-to Air radar signal processor design, Soviet monopulse design techniques, and ECM/ECCM approaches. Dr. Gilbert is currently serving as the Senior Advisor to the President of Dynetics (in the areas of radar, discrimination, signal processing, model and algorithm development, and ECM/ECCM) and the Radar Advisor to the Surveillance Radar IPT at Boeing, Corp. He has previously served as the Technical Advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for OT&E and the Scientific Advisor to the Air Force as well as the Chief Scientific Advisor to the SYMPTOM MARS Foreign Materiel Exploitation program for MSIC. Dr. Gilbert designed all aspects of the Mobile Radar Defense (MORADE) System used to defend our strategic assets from FSU threats as well as being responsible for the design of the Mobile Radar Defense (MORADE) BMD system. Dr. Gilbert has over 40 years of continuous teaching in the fields of radar, signal processing, sensor fusion, and mathematics and is the author of several hundred technical papers on radar, signal processing, and missile defense, and two patents." - TCA
