John Fletcher

 Early Settler

Notes:

•  "The first term of the Superior Court for Madison County was held on October 1, 1810 in the Madison County Courthouse, under construction, but sufficiently completed for use. The first case before the new court was that of Jonathan Wall." John Fletcher was among the names of early settlers in the first jury panel drawn. - Record, Vol. 1

•  This verifies that he was here early in the history of the city. - Editor's Note
