Overton? .....This appeared to be a footstone with the initials “E. L. O.” on it but I could find no
corresponding headstone. In the death records I found where one Ella Lee Overton died on April 11, 1887, aged 3 months. She died at Poplar Ridge and was buried at the same place. The Hayden Cemetery is located in what was then called the Poplar Ridge community.
