The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Honea officiating. “Burial will be in the Bush Cemetery. “Survivors include three sisters, Mary A. Aug. 29, 1918 - (blank) .[Obituary from The Huntsville Times:] Aug. 29, 1918 - July 18, 2007. “Joseph Bryan Nalls, 88, of Huntsville passed away Wednesday. Mr. Nalls was a member of Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church, a longtime member of the Military Order of the Stars & Bars, and the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He was an alumnus of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, MBA, the University of Chicago Executive Program, XP-15, and the D. O. D. Weapons Systems Management Course. He also attended the University of Alabama. In recent years, he had served primarily as a management consultant relative to the development of electronic and mechanical medical equipment. Over the years he served on several boards ranging from the Southern Military Institute to the Mexican Faith Mission. “He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles T. “Tom” Nalls. Survivors include several cousins. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Saturday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 3 p. m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jim Daughtry Jr. officiating. “Burial will be in Bush Cemetery, New Hope. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Hobbs Island Road, Huntsville. 117 - (1100)
