had a daughter named Emma who married William M. High. They sold the land to her and vice-versa, until Margaret Matkins was the sole owner. However, she mortgaged it to Isham J. Fennell, and it was foreclosed, then redeemed and returned to the Matkin family, according to old land title abstracts.
