He married Lucinda Bolin 24 Aug 1852 in Marsfield, Webster Co., MO., daughter of Unknown Bolin. iv. Matilda Penland was born 15 Oct 1815, and died 17 Jan 1879 in Oakdale, TN. She married James Alley 1841. He was born 26 Dec 1820, and died 12 Mar 1905 in Oakdale, TN. v. Barbara Caroline Penland was born 7 Nov 1817, and died 1906-1907 in Winlock, Washington.
