MM1 Co. hL -J>Ety -Boo^. v/ __ JESSE 0. JORDAN, To--Deed of Trust, BENJAMIN T. MOCRE TRUSTEE. WHEREAS, Jesse 0. Jordan of the town of Huntsville, in the County of Madison, and State of Alabama, is justly indebted to Richard Holding of the county and stat e aforesaid in the sum of eight thousand dollars, as appears by his several five bonds, each for the sum cf sixteen hundred dollars, of even date herewith each payable to said Ric nrd Holding or order, the first,twelve months after date, the second two yewrs after date, the third three years after date, end the fourth four years after date, and the fifth five yoars after date. And wherea8 the said Jesse 0. Jordan is willing end desirous to secure the payment of said bonds. NOW THEREFORE THIS INTENTURE, made and entered into by and between the said Jesse u. Jordan and his wife Margaret, of the first part, Benjamin T. Moore of the second part, and said Rlch-ard Holding of the third part, WITNESSETH: THAT the said Jesse 0. Jordan and wife for and in consideration of the premises, and for the further consideration of the sum of one dollar, to them in hano paid, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, at and before the sealing and delivery of thea presents, have this day given, granted, bargain ed, sold, delivered, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do give, grunt, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, the following described tracts or parcels of land, lying and being and being in said county of Madison, and known and described as follows; The Nor th and South East quarters of section eight, in townshp four, of range one West of the Basis Meridian, in the district of land s subject to sale at "?untswille aforesaid, alao part of section nine in township und range aforesaid, beglnnAg at the South ■eet comer 22 - (3176)
