The ONLY land purchased by Batt Jordan from Isaac Parker per the deed index for 1810 - 1919 was 104.25 acres in the SW/4 of Section 4, Township 4, Range 1W in 1817. Per the wording of Deed Book E, page 237 [see below], this land would have included all 40 acres of the SW/4 of the SW/4 of 4-4-1W, all 40 acres of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of 4-4-1W, and apparently 12.125 acres in the south portions of both the NE/4 and the NW/4 of the SW/4 of 4-4-1W. 25 - (3179)
