Died in Washington County, Mrs. PENELOPE TROTTER, consort of COL. WM. TROTTER (the present member of the Senate from Washington County) and daughter of the late JUDGE CAMPBELL of Tennessee. JESSE BEENE, attorney-at-law. September 10, 1821 Died at Selma on the 23rd inst. WILLIAM BOOKER, of a liver complaint after an illness of three months. Died on the 29th inst. in Pleasant Valley, THOMAS COWLES, infant son of GILBERT SHEARER, Esq. of this county aged 7 months and 10 days. M.W. M'CLELLAN, COLONEL Com. of 22nd Regiment, A.M. JUSTUS REYNOLDS, deceased, from County Court of Bibb County, GILBERT REYNOLDS, adm'r. September 17, 1821 Died in Tuskaloosa a few days since, Mr. WILLIAM MYGATT, printer. Emigrated from Weathersfield, Conn, to Georgia and came to this state in March last. September 24, 1821 State of Alabama-Perry County STEP. M'CRAW, deceased. SARAH M'CRAW, administrator and EDWARD M'CRAW, administrator. October 1, 1821 THOMAS ROGERS, Esq. late Secretary of State, died at the house of a relation in Shelby County Saturday the 22nd of September. Himself, his wife and three children (all he had) were taken ill at his farm in the neighborhood of Cahawba about the 1st of August. Two weeks later, he lost two of his children...He was a native of East Tennessee and a Mason, Secretary of Grand Lodge of Alabama. Died in this place Tuesday evening last, Mr. WILLIAM S. LA TOURETTE of the firm of La Tourette & Co. of Mobile. Died on Tuesday evening last, Mr. ATHELSTON A.W. ANDREWS, a mechanic. Native of Martin County, North Carolina. Died Thursday morning last, Mr. MICHAEL KENNY merchant tailor. Native of Ireland and lately from New York. Died yesterday morning, Mr. JOSEPH GREEN HASKELL, carpenter, a native of New Salem, Mass. October 15, 1821 Married Sunday evening on the 7th inst. at Claiborne by HON. REUBEN SAFFOLD, WILLIAM R. PATTON, Esq. attorney-at-law, to Miss MARY ELIZABETH SOUTL (or SCULL? - misprint) Died in this town, Miss CAROLINE CAMPBELL, youngest daughter of the late JUDGE CAMPBELL of Tennessee. Died of Typhus fever suddenly, Mr. JOHN H. BROOKS, late of Petersham, Mass, aged 19 years. Died on the 11th inst. EDWARD REESE, son of REV. M.B. THOMASON aged 3 years and 4 days. Died last evening, Mrs. EVELINE KREPS, wife of Mr. GEORGE KREPS. Died at Green-castle, Penn, in his 69th year, GEORGE CLARK, Esq. late Collector of U.S. Revenue for that district. Died near Sharpsburg in Washington County, Maryland, CAPT. JOSEPH CHAPLIN aged 75 years, a soldier of the Revolution. WILLIAM DAVIS, deceased. Dallas Co. Ala. RANSOM DAVIS and PERSON DAVIS, admrs. October 22, 1821 Married Thursday evening last in this vicinity, Mr. JOSEPH BERRY to the amiable Miss JUDITH OGLESBAY. Died at his residence a few miles from this town Tuesday morning last, DAMIEL LORING, Esq. aged about 40 years. A Mason. He was born in Leicester, Mass. Resided for some time in South Carolina, where he married into a very respectable family and came to this country about 3 years since. Leaves an affectionate wife and an infant babe. 3. - (3303)
