Notice: On 10th of January 1832 we will offer for sale at the late residence of GEORGE CHERRY, deceased, 1 mile from Greensboro the perishable property, belonging to estate of said deceased, to wit: 3 head of horses, 40 head of hogs well fattened, together with some hogs, 20 head of cattle, 700 bushels of corn and 1000 lbs. of fodder. All the farming utensils, household and kitchen furniture, all of which will be sold on a 12 month credit. Bonds and approved security will be required of the purchasers. JOHN D.
