Died on 17th of heart disease, Mrs. A. M(ELVINA) SLEDGE, wife of the late DR. WM. H. SLEDGE. Only last week we published a notice of death of her husband, who died on 13th. June 1, 1877 Died May 5 of paralysis at residence of REV. J.M. PATTON, Sumter Co. Ala. Mrs. MARY H(ARRIET EATON) FALCONER aged 66. (Widow of ALEX. HAMILTON FALCONER. Daughter of WM. born 1843 and MINERVA EATON born 1834, both married by REV. JAS. PATTON in Greene Co.) Mr. THOMAS MAXWELL of Tuscaloosa has a curiosity in form of old book printed in London in 1609 giving an account of DeSoto's expedition in this country. June 15, 1877 Mr. R(ICHARD) W. RYLAND (43V), an old citizen of Tuscaloosa was found dead in bed on 4th. June 22, 1877 W.F. TURNER, deceased. JOHN S. TURNER, administrator. June 29, 1877 Mrs. C.A. BELL died at Warsaw on 24th. Mother of a large family of children. She had just passed her 54th year. Masonic burial service was read at grave of ROBERT HORN at Elizabeth Church by Gaston Lodge. Livingston Lodge #41. SIMMS claimed TARTT had stolen his wife. June 1, 1860 A.B. MCCURDY (A.P. in Census - 50 NC), an old citizen of Dallas Co. died on the 24th. July 13, 1860 Died at her residence in Dallas County, Mrs. MARY SAFFOLD (56G), widow of the late HON. REUBEN SAFFOLD in her 67th year. January 18, 1861 - Copied from Selma Reporter, 15th Death of REV. A(DNER) G(AREYS) MCCRAW (47SC, Perry Co.), died in this city yesterday morning aged 58. (Bapt. g.v.) January 11, 1861 - Copied from Cahaba Slaveholder Sudden death. Miss HARRIETT FAGAN, daughter of our esteemed friend, ENOCH FAGAN, Esq. of Marion fell dead in the floor last night.
