DAVID CHANCELLOR asks help to prove service in Revolutionary War. He was in the Virginia line in February 1777, CAPTAIN HOLDMAN Rice's Company to guard troops of Burgoyne, then prisoners of war; was in said company eight months, then transferred to CAPTAIN MERIWETHER'S Company where he served 15 months.
