Died at the residence of JAMES JACKSON, Esq., on Saturday 25th ult. MR. ALEXANDER JACKSON aged 50, a native of Ireland, a resident of New Orleans for 20 years.

Obituary of WILLIAM MACON TUREMAN--native of Franklin Co. Kentucky, but soon removed to Maysville. As a young man, came to Tuscumbia; set out for home to die among his people, but died 25th December at house of DR. BARNES HOLLOWAY 25 miles south of Pikeville. Left relations in Kentucky.
