A. MR. PATTERSON (his name was CHA PATTERSON and word was nee CYNTHIA HAYNES; see person in vol. after 168) living about 25 miles from Tuskaloosa, an old man 76 years of age and a pensioner of the War of 1812 was in town Tue. and was robbed. The old man and his wife were in town and drew the pension and a negro held them uo.
A prominent active Democrat in Shelby Co. is 87 years of age--MR. LOFTIN QUINN.
