But a little above above tender age of 16, he entered the American army in which he served during latter part of Revolutionary struggle. Engaged in battle of Camden and also at th seige of York.... Obituary: Departed this life in this city Sunday night last 19th last. MR. PATRICK REDMOND aged about 39. Drowned while bathing, -inexperienced swimmer; native of Philadelphia, but resided in this city about 9 years. He was Register in Land Office for this District under administration of VAN BUREN and at the time of his death filled office of Pension Agent and was Discount Clerk in Bank of State. Philadelphia papers please copy. June 29, 1842 Died at the University on night of 22nd ult. CAROLINE BREVARD, infant daughter of Professor R(ICHARD) T. BRUMBY aged 10 months. Note: He m. MARY ISABELLA BREVARD. He was b. Aug. 4, 1804 d. Oct. 6, 1875. Reward for arrest of GEROGE W. LORE, convicted of murder of HENRY BLAKE of Barbour County on 23rd of May last.
