BRADFORD ) Abandonment charged. The defendant is a non-resident of this state. Died i n this city on the 2d instant of dropsy in the chest, JUNIUS A. MOORE, Esq. aged about 40 years. Formerly of Newbern, North Carolina, a man of fine acquirements and great integrity. Died in this county on the 30th instant, MRS. CYNTHIA TERRELL, wife of WILLIAM H. TERRELL, Esq. aged 53 yearsmx nine months and nine days. Sudden death: MR. GEORGE DARDEN, a very respectable citizen of Tuscaloosa died, very suddenly in this place on the 30th ult. The deceased reached here from Tuscaloosa on the day of his death and was apparently well a few minutes before his attack, which occurred whilst he was returning to the house of MR. JOHN KERR, with whom he was walking at the time. He breathed only a few seconds after he felt the first symptoms. We learn MR. DERDEN was over 80 years of age and that he has left a large circle of children and grand-children to lament his death. HACKETT (Catholic Priest) will deliver a lecture on Temporal Power of the Pope on next Sunday evening at early candle light. Reward offered for escaped prisoners. STEPHEN ELLEDGE- 5 ft. 9 in. spare made hair, eyes and complexion dark, aged about 45; charged with murder. DEMPSEY SANDERS- 6 ft. large size; hair, eyes and complexion dark, with a peculiar cast in his eyes; aged about 43 or 42; a blacksmith by trade; charged with larceny. JOHN T. CHAMBERS, 5 ft 8 in. medium size; fair complexion, light hair and blue eyes; aged 21 or 22 convicted of a penitentiary offence. A. W. ALLEN, 5 ft 8 in. medium size, dark hair, high cheek bones, light complexion and blue eyes; aged about 30 years; charges with robbing the Post Office in Clinton, Greene Co.
