WILLIAM GLEASON aged 64 years, a native of Ireland and formerly a resident of Philadelphia. Died in this city yesterday morning of congestive fever, MR. PATRICK FALLAN aged 23 years, a native of Leitirim County, Ireland. After sixteen days suffering of consuming fevers, departed this life on the 2d of August, a few moments before 2 o'clock, A.M. LOUISA WHITFIELD, aged 13 years 7 months and 2 days, daughter of BENJAMIN and MATILDA WHITFIELD. Married in this city on Wednesday of last week by REV. MR. FORBES, SAMUEL B. JONES, Esq. of New Orleans to MISS MARY L. SOMERVILLE of this city. August 22, 1844 Married in Benton County on the 6th instant by REV. MR. PACE, MR. JOHN CLASCOCK, merchant of this city to MISS ANN IRWIN, daughter of COL. WILLIAM McGEHEE. Died at the residence of his grandmother, MRS. BANKS in this vicinity on the 17th instant, MR. ELBERT B. JONES aged about 23 years of Marengo County. Died in this city on the 16th instant of congestive fever, MISS FRANCES SCOTT BANKS aged 18 years, daughter of WILLIS BANKS, Esq. September 4, 1844 Married on the 22nd ult, by REV. ROBERT OLDHAM, MR. AEZOR HAYS to MISS HANNAH A. LOWRY of Bibb County.
