WILLIAM P. HILLIARD, son of REV. H. W. HILLIARD died two weeks ago in Columbus (Muscogee Co.), Geo. brilliant young man.
BENJAMIN GOSS drowned in Coosa river, Cherokee County, Ala. on 8th.

DR. JOHN T. DeBOW (30 A) of this place died Saturday night after a short illness. He was a kind, gentle, sensible, honest man, a good citizen and a skillful physician. Left many friends in this county.
WILLIAM NOLAN was killed on 27th at Mossy Crrek, Tenn, by ROBERT BLEVINS who fled.
