WITHERS, JR. was married on the 30th in Mobile to MISS EMMA L. NORVELL. May 17, 1872 Married near Cluttsville, Madison Co. at the residence of the bride's mother, May 1 by REV. G. A. MORRING, MR. WM. G. PETTUS of Franklin, Tenn, to MISS MARY T. PETTUS, daughter of the late THOMAS W. PETTUS. Married Sunday 22 April by REV. DR. ROBINSON, MR. J. J. CUNNINGHAM to MISS MARY E. SMITH, daughter of MR. JOHN P. SMITH of this county. Died on the 13th at his residence South of Huntsville, MR. PETER WEATHERLY aged 70. He was an old, honest and respected citizen of the county who attended to his own affairs and never meddled with those of his neighbors. Died in this city on the 13th, MATTIE, daughter of MR. and MRS. C. C. McBROOM aged about 10 years. Died on 10th of consumption, MRS. FANNIE MASTIN, wife of the late MAJ. W. F. MASTIN. Died in this city on 11 May, MRS. M. E. WEAVER in her 56th year. City papers and Columbia Herald copy. Died on the 12th, FRANK DRAKE, son of MR. J. R. DRAKE aged about 20. STEGER and JOS. S. MACON of this county are now practicing medicine in Corinth. Miss. CAPT. JAMES ROBERTS was accidentally drowned in Mobile on 23rd. June 7, 1872 DR. NOTLEY M. WARREN (@ 47 T) of Dekalb died on 19th aged 65. He was a member of the Legislature 2 terms and Register of Lebanon Land Office. COL. ANDREW ERWIN died in Chambers Co. Ala. on 30th. Well known here and in Tenn. June 14. 1872 Married in this city on the 6th at the residence of the bride's father. MR. WM. I (J?) HALSEY by REV. M. B. DeWITT. DR. WM. J.
