--- JEFFRIES aged 52 years.
Died on Sunday 4th instant after severe illness of 24 days, ELIZ. ADKINS daughter of MAJ. HENRY ADKINS of Morgan County Alabama, late of Sussex, Virginia aged 5 years and 4 months. Though she was but an infant she has left 2 affectionate parents, 2 brothers and a sister with all that knew her to mourn so promising an ornament to society.
