POWELL of Cartersville, Cumberland County, Virginia, who died at the residence of MAJOR JOHN HATCHERS her father, on Sunday the 26th instant in the 31st year of her age...was...mother... Richmond Enquirer and Fayetteville, Tenn. copy. August 30, 1836 Died on 10th ult. MR. HUGH BLACKWOOD, merchant of Vienna, Madison County, Louisvilla Journal and Nashville papers copy. Died Sunday, 21st inst. EDWARD TRENT, infant son of DANIEL HARRIS, Esq. of this co. The subscriber having determined to remove to Mississippi, land on which I reside in Lincoln Co. Tennessee. STEPHEN HIGHTOWER. NANCY WELBORN (note: WILBURN) of Athens advertises for news of her son ROBERT WELBORN between 12 and 13; left house of her brother WILLIAM W(ASHINGTON) MATTHEWS but did not go to school; was seen in the taverns at Huntsville. JOHN COX SR. of Marshall County advertises regarding note given to SWIFT AUSTIN "who has left the country." SWIFT AUSTIN advertises has removed to Tuscaloosa. St. Clair County: SHADRACK MORRIS, administrator of RICHARD SULLIVAN. Runaway slave from HENRY BURROUGH, Pikeville, Marion Co. subscriber having determined to settle in Texas--1040 acres in Marengo and Perry Counties. WILLIAM K. PAULDING. Died at his residence on the evening of the 15th inst. MR. WILLIAM ATWOOD, citizen of Huntsville nearly twenty years, being Post Master most of that time.
