LOWE, JR. of firm of B. M. LOWE & Co. New Orleans, and MISS FANNIE (12 A), daughter of BENJAMIN JOLLEY (40 V), Esq. of Huntsville, Ala. Married on 20th near Whitesburg by REV. J. W. MORRIS, MR. LOUIS J. ROSS and MISS E. A. JONES, both of Madison Co. Married near Petersburg (Lincoln Co.), Tenn, on 13th by REV. W. A. GILL, MR. W. T. GILL to MISS MOLLIE F. LLOYD of Huntsville. On December 13th (15th in Bible record) by REV. MR. IRWIN, MR. WILLIAM S. (J) BARRY (BERRY?; 12 A, SAM'L G) to MISS SARAH R(EBECCA) JONES (10 A), all of Madison County. Died, on January 2nd, PATTON BRADFORD (12 A), eldest son of MRS. JOSEPH G. (B) BRADFORD (45 V) of Huntsville--young man. Departed this life on Tuesday, December 27th BENJAMIN S. POPE (66 Del) aged 77 years. MR. POPE was a native of Delaware and in early youth engaged in commercial pursuits in Savannah. Georgia, whence he removed to this county in 1815, where he remained a planter until his death. During twelve years of this time he was Register of the Land Office for the Huntsville District. How sorely must the husband and father be missed. He died away from home, but not among strangers. At the residence of his son, DR. CHARLES A. POPE of St. Louis he breathed his last. Died, December 16th, in Huntsville, MARY LEA, infant daughter of MRS. LAVINIA VINCENT. January 11, 1860 Married, on the 28th of December at the residence of DAVID GARDINER (40 SC) in Whitesburg, Ala. by REV. ALEXANDER PENLAND. MR. D. W. PARKER to MISS ELIZABETH J. GARDINER (13 A). WILSON, RAWLEY CARTER, Esq. to MISS MARY S. HARRELL, all of Madison County. On December 31st by REV. MR. HUMPHREY, MR. R. C. TUCKER of Memphis, Tennessee to MISS E. A. WEATHERFORD of Limestone County (sent to Jean). On December 30th by REV. G. W. MITCHELL, DR. JOHN R. HOFFMAN to MISS FRANCES C(AROLINE) JONES (10 A), daughter of MR.
