Original bill states that said TEMPE was married to the said GEORGE WILLIAMS in 1813 and that he abandoned her in 1821. He is a non-resident. June 20, 1823 Died in this twon Sunday last, MR. THOMAS M'GLATHERY, a baker. The account in a few of our last papers of the death of CAPT. CARROLL, we are glad to say was incorrect--it was a hoax upon the editors of this paper. June 27, 1823 Married on the 12th in Limestone County by REV. DR. A. A. CAMPBELL, MR. ELISHA W. HARRIS of Montgomery County, North Carolina to MISS ANN ELIZA A. MOORMAN, daughter of MR. M(ICAJAH CLARK) MOORMAN. July 4, 1823 Married on Monday evening last by REV. MR. ALLAN, NELSON ROBINSON, Esq. , attorney at law to MISS JANE E. SWANN, all of this town (volume 76, page ___, married 1823). July 25, 1823 Died on the 18th at the residence of DR. CAMPBELL, MISS CATHARINE, daughter of MR. JOHN BROWN of Cherokee Nation.... Was moved from her father's residence to DR. CAMPBELL's in Limestone County. To the Public: We have been neighbors of MAJ. September 26, 1823 Died in this place on the 19th instant in his 25th year, MR. JOHN M. HUNTER, formerly of New York.... Letters of administration on the estate of WILLIAM HINTON, deceased, granted to JOSEPH W. AYRES. October 10 1823 Died in Chesterfield County, Virginia a few days ago, JOHN W. EPPES, Esq. aged about 50 years.... His first wife was a daughter of THOMAS JEFFERSON, President of the United States. October 17, 1823 Tribute of respect on death of HON. HENRY Y.
