Married on the 25th instant in this place by REV. P. B. ROBINSON, CHARLES W(ILLIAM) ROBINSON, Esq. to MISS FANNY M. DAVIDSON, both of Ramelton, Ireland (volume 76, page 20). November 2, 1849 Died of an affliction of the lungs in this vicinity the 26th October 1849, MR. A. T. MADDERA. Born in Surry County, Virginia August 10th, 1792 making him over 57. Resident of this county for 30 years.... Died of pneumonia, 20th October, MR. JOHN FORD in his 62nd year. Bom in Amelia County, Virginia on 15 April 1788 and lived in his native state until the year 1819 when he emigrated to Madison County, Alabama where on 24 June 1823 he was married to MISS MARIANNE ROPER, with whom he lived until his death. Methodist Episcopal Church. Died at Bellefonte on 24 MR. H. F. DELANCY aged 45, a worthy citizen. November 9, 1849 -----REV. P. B. ROBINSON will preach the funeral sermon of B. D. SCHRIMSHER at the Baptist Meeting House in Big Cove on the third Sunday of this month at 11 a.m. Died October 9, 1849 at the residence in Panola County, Mississippi, CAPT. ALEXANDER BOTELER, formerly a resident of Morgan County in his 41st year, leaving a wife and nine children and numerous relations.... Died suddenly on the 5th instant, MRS. MARY EWING, wife of MR. STEPHEN S. EWING of this vicinity. November 16, 1849 Married on the 25th instant by REV. MR. COLLIER (daughter of GEORGE), MR. JOHN TAYLOR (24 in Alabama) to MISS NANCY DILWORTH (29 in North Carolina), all of this county (volume 151, page 27). Married on the 21st instant at the residence of SAMUEL McMURRY, EDWARD G. MUSGROVE to MISS NANCY McMURRY, all of Blount County, Alabama. Married on the 12th instant by REV. J. C. ELLIOTT, MR. ROBERT LEWIS to MISS MARY P. daughter of PLEASANT STRONG, all of this county (volume 155, page 28). Died on the 28th of October, MRS. JANE H. KELLEY, consort of COL. RUSSEL J. KELLEY of Madison County, Alabama in her 39th year. Died in Athens (Limestone County) on the 1st instant, MRS. MARY LUCY MALONE, wife of MAJ. JOHN N. MALONE. At the same place on the 3rd instant, MRS. ELIZA MALONE, wife of DR. T. STITH MALONE and daughter of CAPT. NICH. DAVIS, aged about 27. Died on the 9th in his 4th year and on the 16th in her 10th year, JOHN and BETTIE, children of JOHN F. and FRANCIS E. BANKS of Somerville, Alabama (Morgan County). Departed this life on the morning of the 7th instant in her 32nd year, MRS. SARAH E. THOMPSON, wife of ROBERT THOMPSON, Esq. of Somerville, Alabama (Morgan County) Florence Gazette copy. DITTO, all of Marshall County, Alabama (volume 139, page 9, 265). Married on the 8th instant by REV. B(ENJ) H. HUBBARD, MR. FERDINAND P. MADDIN (21 in Tennessee) to MISS MATTIE A. R. MALONE (18 in Alabama), daughter of THOMAS H. MALONE, Esq. all of Limestone County. Married on the 8th instant by REV. M. H. BONE, MR. JOHN T. LOWRY of Mississippi to MISS VIRGINIA H.
