Died at his residence it) this county on Monday evening the 9th instant after twelve months illness with cancer in the face, JOSEPH STEELE in his 75th year, a native of North Carolina and emigrated to this county in 1811 where he had lived ever since. Presbyterian.... He has left his children and the community to mourn his loss.
