BROOKS of Limestone County. Died at residence of MR. EDWARD WISE in Morgan County on 15th by REV. JACKSON GUNN, MR. B. H. COLLIER to MISS MARY JANE WOOD (16 in Alabama). Died at her residence in Madison County, Alabama June 5, 1854 MRS. SALLY D., wife of ELLIOTT SPOTSWOOD, deceased. MRS. S. was born in Hanover County, Virginia June 5, 1790 moved to this county in the year 1819 and continued to reside near this place where she died for a period of 35 years. 15 years (died 1839) prior to her death, MRS. S. lost her husband and was left a lone widow in moderate circumstances, with a large family of children. She educated her children and accumulated additional property...M. E. Church. JOANNA MOORE (22 in Alabama; wife of GABRIEL M. MOORE), all of Marshall County. Married in Bellefonte, on 29 by HON. JUDGE J. G. DIXON, MR. LEWIS KINSTLAER of Nashville, Tennessee to MISS SUSAN AKE of that place. Died on 24 at residence of her father, G(ARRET) L. SANDIDGE (58 in Virginia), Esq. in Madison County, Alabama, MRS. LAURA WHITAKER (17 in Alabama), wife of MR. THOMAS WHITAKER of Franklin County, Tennessee, in her 19th year, 3 months after her marriage.... Died on 25 June in this county, MRS. LAURA N.
