Died on 17th in Madison County after an illness of twenty-one days, WILLIE WALTON, infant son of THOMAS H. and JANE S. HEWLETT aged 9 months. Died in Decatur on 17th, MR. CRAIG in 31st year. Died in Tuscumbia on 29th, NAT. A. F. RAGLAND, Esq. (47). November 15, 1854 Married on 2nd in Franklin County, Alabama by REV. JUSTINEAN WILLIAMS, SR., R. E. BRINKLEY, Esq., President of Bank at Memphis, and MISS ELIZABETH M. (22 in North Carolina), daughter of the late COL. JAMES G. MHOON of Shelby County, Tennessee. Married on 2nd by REV. G. G. D. GWINN, MR. LEWIS M. SEAT to MISS MARY E. DICKEY (11 in Alabama; MOSES), all of this county. Died--WILLIAM RUSSELL (16 in Alabama), third son of ALEXANDER RUSSELL, Esq. (42 in Virginia) of Limestone County, Alabama; was bom 23 January 1833 and departed this life 15 September 1854 in Lowndes County, Mississippi whither he had gone to visit relatives. Died at his residence in Limestone County, Alabama on 30th, MAJ. EDMUND WALTON (60 in Virginia; EDWD in census) in 65th year (son of DAVID bom 1760 buried in Limestone County; ancestor of MRS. WM. MIZELL, Folks ten, Georgia 1954). Died in Decatur, on 17th, MR. EDMUND KIMBELL, an old and respectable citizen. 548 - (3848)
