GROVES CEMETERY (3)
LOCATION: Section 14-4S-2W, approx. SE SE NW. In the saddle between Bradford and Hatton Mountains.
NOTE: This location is inaccessible except to certain authorized personnel and I did not actually visit the cemetery. The information was kindly obtained and supplied to me by Mr. William Bass.
There is only one engraved stone here, that of Austin Groves which is a military marker. Mr. Bass said there were other graves here marked with unlettered fieldstone. This is believed to be a Negro cemetery.
