there. The graveyard is located in the SW SE NE not the NE SE NE. It has been determined that the above-ground, cut-stone box tombs contain the Levi Hinds family, one of Madison County's first families.
256 The Steger-Ormond Cemetery is located in Section 13-3-1E not 13-2-1E. CSA iron cross No.
398 is on an unmarked grave in this cemetery. John Alexander Steger died in 1951 not 1851.
279 Sanford Cemetery: J[ohn] D[eloney] Sanford died in 1893 not 1875.
298 Jones Cemetery: William A. Jones died July 18, 1864 not 1964.
305 “Note: According to a Mr. Styles,. . .” should read “According to a Mr. Claude Styles,. . .” Claude Styles died 7 March 1978 and is buried in Locust Grove Cemetery.
