WILLIAMSON-BRITTON CEMETERY
LOCATION: Section 18-1-2E. SW SW SW. Off Mint Springs Road, one half mile south of the Mint Road and Mint Springs intersection and 1/8 mile off road east behind Rigney residence. In field. In 1970 when this cemetery was canvassed the land was owned by a Mr. Rigney who said he had met a man named Mr. Gaines. Mr. Gaines said he had a sister buried here. At one time this was a very large cemetery covering at least an acre. I counted 30 unmarked graves and there were probably several I overlooked or that were not apparent.
