JONES CEMETERY
LOCATION: Section 27-1-2E - SE corner of section. On Old Mountain Fork Road, one-half mile north and two miles east of New Market, Alabama
Note: This cemetery covers a large area of ground but I could only locate five marked graves. C. W. and Mary Jane Jones were buried at one end of the plot. Several yards east Thomas and Judy Jones were buried and at the opposite end of the cemetery Virgil Walker was buried. In the area of the Walker grave there were a number of unmarked graves.

JONES - Thomas Jones - Born Jan. 1, 1818 - Died June 9, 1868

WALKER - Virgil Walker, Alabama, Pvt 1C1., 162 Depot Brig., Nov. 14, 1929. (No other info.)
