Obituary of Homer C. Hopkins

A funeral for Homer C. Hopkins, 63, of Rt. 1, Toney, who died Wednesday at Fifth Avenue Hospital, will be Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Laughlin-Service Funeral Home chapel with Tommy Rosenblum officiating. Burial will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Rene Hopkins; four daughters, Mrs. Joy Monroe of Meridianville; Mrs. Margaret H. Taylor, Miss Barbara Hopkins, and Miss Mary Hopkins, all of Toney; three sisters, Mrs. Deemie Gurley of Toney, Mrs. Willie Kennedy and Mrs. Annie Holder both of Manchester, Tenn; a brother, Walter Hopkins of Elora, Tenn; and four grandchildren. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
