NOTE: According to a Mr. Styles, an elderly gentleman of this community, the first burial in this cemetery was Cotton Fowler. The oldest tombstone here is that of Willie G. Fowler who died in 1885. I do not know if this is "Cotton" or whether "Cotton" is buried here in an unmarked grave.
