CRICK, JOHN T., 1891 - 1923. (Row 31) CRICK, MAGGIE, 1905 -1941. (Row 34) John Thomas Crick, son of Ruth Bell (Green) Crick and John A. Crick was born April 23, 1891, in Needmore, Bedford Co., Tennessee. He had married but was divorced at the time of his death. Maggie, a daughter of Ruth Bell (Green) and John A. ND STONE Lee Jefferson was a son of Ruth Bell (Green) Crick and John A. Crick. He worked in the coal mines in Tennessee before his family moved to Merrimack. He was first married to May Kirk, of McMinnville, Tennessee. She was a daughter of W. F'. and Martha Kirk of Tennessee. They married Aug. 12, 1907. Mae gave birth to two children, Margie and Lorene. She died soon after the birth of the second baby. She is buried in Merrimack Cemetery, but there is no tomb stone. Margie married Floyd Carden. The Cardens have three children buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Lorene married a Rodgers. He married Ada Lamb Oct. 21, 1916. Charles L. and Amanda E. Lamb, of Tennessee were Ada's parents. Ada and Lee Jefferson had three children, Allene, Lloyd and Louie Crick. Allene married Turley J. Ready. Lee Jefferson died Jan. 29, 1938. Ada Lamb Crick died Dec. 4, 1961, and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Huntsville, Alabama. Sources: Allene Ready (Mrs. Turley). Marriage record (Mae), Vol. 32, p. 464. She was born in Boston, New York. Her mother, Mary Kirschner had married John Gregorius, then Charles Weichert in Boston New York. Mary Weichert is buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Mary, a widow, brought the family to Huntsville in 1906. Carrie had married Arthur Kaiser May 30, 1914, then married J. R. Crowder on July 29, 1922. She was ill for some time before her death. By the time of her death one of her sisters had died, but her two brothers, Henry Gregorius and Charles Weichert were still alive. Her parents were William, a stone-cutter, and Manda Craig. Their home was in Richmond Village, Bedford Co. 34 - (1340)
