Julia had four older brothers. Julia Craiq Cumminqs died June 1, 1941. William F. Cummings was born about 1864, in Bedford Co., Tennessee. He died in Madison Co., Alabama and is buried in Merrimack Cemetery beside Julia but with no tombstone. Julia and William were parents of two children, William Newton and Daisy Cummings. William Newton moved to Ohio. Daisy married Robert Burton Allen in Madison Co., Alabama before 1920, and had one son, William B. Allen. Robert B. Allen was a son of Isaac Denton Allen and Elizabeth Swindell who married in White Co., Tennessee. He died Apr. 8, 1954. Daisy died May 25, 1990. Sources: William B. Allen. (ROW 20) This baby, the second child of Joe and Kate Daniel, died of pneumonia at the age of three months. Their first child was a girl, unnamed in the obituary. One couple was Robert and Ida who lived on 7th St. and had no children in the home. The other was Lindsey and Mattie who had three children. Their address was 309 3rd. Also in the same house was James and Edna with one child, and Emmett Davidson. On Nov. 9, 1940, Emmett Davidson married Bonnie Turner in Madison Co., Alabama. Emmett was a son of Lindsey and Martha Ester (Sewell) Davidson. He was born Apr. 18, 1913, in Giles Co., Tennessee. Compiler has no proof of any relationship to Mattie Lucy Davidson. Alabama. James T. McCarver was son of Didama McCarver (born in Tennessee) who was head of the family by 1860. James Turk and his brother Archy were born in Oct. 1849. Ada's mother, Minerva Roden, died young, and Ada lived with a cousin in Scottsboro, Jackson Co., Alabama. In 1860, Minerva and Mary Roden lived in the home of Didama McCarver, along with Didama's children, Mary, Nancy, Turk and Archibald. Minerva was 7 years old. Mr. McCarver married Sarah J. Bogue in Jackson Co., Oct. 20, 1870. Ada Lucy McCarver married James Davis in 1903, in Jackson Co., Alabama. She brought to this marriage her son Louis. Her other children were Marlow who died younq, Hardy and Virgil. - (1341)
