NO STONE Said to be buried near the Russells at the far west side of the cemetery. William Hill was from Coffee Co., Tennessee. His second wife was Rebecca J. (Bolding) Taylor, a widow. They married about 1895, in Tennessee and Rebecca had eight children by 1910. Five of the children lived. They were Riggs, Harry, Curtis, Elija and Elisha. Her son, Henry C. Taylor was also in the home as was Maggie Hill, daughter of William's first marriage. Hardy H. Hill, son of first marriage, married a daughter of William Winkles and Maggie married Simon Fate Russell. Maggie and Fate Russell are buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Curtis Hill married Georgia Speck, daughter of Lem Speck. Rebecca Jane, wife of William died Dec. 25, 1955, and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery. Sources: Wayne Hill. NO STONE William Lee was son of Hardy Hill. He died in a Sylacuaga hospital after being injured in a truck wreck in that city. He was survived by two brothers, Buford and Luke, and a sister Gladys. He died in Aug., 1933. Elizabeth was daughter of Robert Dolphis and Mattie (Banks) Sartain of Wartrace, Tennessee. Robert and Mattie Sartain were parents of Dora (married a Wilson), Hettie (married Dio Stephenson), Elizabeth, and Herbert. Robert Hogwood was a son of James and Paralee Hogwood of Bolivar, Jackson Co., Tennessee. He was born in Mar. 1892. Elizabeth and Bob had other children, Dillard, Vivian and Dorothy Hogwood. ALONZO HOLLAND. (ROW 18) Gary Oliver Holland was son of Oliver Alonzo and Dona Maizie Majors. They married in Madison Co., Alabama, on Sept. 30, 1933. Alonzo, born May 1915, died Feb. 15, 1971, was son of Elige and Cora (Stephens) Holland of Jackson Co., Alabama. Cora Stephens was a daughter of Andrew Jackson Stephens and Mellissa Jennie White. They moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 1922. Dona is a daughter of Cap and Rosa Anne (Kelly) Majors. Rosa 54 - (1360)
