RAY, ELLA, DIED MAY. 14, 1938, AGE 44. NO STONE Ella Clark married Tom Ray June 29, 1912 in Madison Co. Alabama. They had three daughters, Mary, born about 1916, Mamie, born about 1920, and Violet Ray. Tom was son of Mary E. Whitely who died in 1925, and is buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Ella was daughter of H. T. Clark from Bell Buckle, Tennessee. Other children of H. T. Clark were Will, John, Tim, Ewing, Dora and Laura. Ella died in an automobile accident near Decatur, Alabama. Her daughters were with her and they were also injured. The daughter Mary Annie died of her injuries in November of 1938. Mary Annie married Louie Rice and had no children. (ROW 25) REAVIS, NANCY ELIZABETH, JUNE 27, 1975 - AUG. 22, 1951. (ROW 25) Carrol Newton Reavis, son of George Washington and Lucy Ann (Marshall) Reavis was born at Marble Hill, Tennessee. He and Nancy Elizabeth Waggoner married September 9, 1894, in Moore Co. Tennessee. Carrol Newton died with appendicitis. Nancy was a daughter of John George and Mary Ann (Crawford) Waggoner. Carrol and Nancy were parents of eleven children. They were Floy Ozell, John Washington, Lucile, Roy Lennox, George Frank, Earl Dance, Marion Millard, Albert Paul and Pauline (twins), Lee Wilson, and Evelina Reavis. Pauline married Julious Gibbs and they were parents of H. L. (Hubert Larry) who is buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Sources: Bertie Phillips Reavis (Mrs. Roy). (ROW 20) Calvin Rector and Ridley Rector, Jr. were sons of Ridley Carr Rector and Ruby (Webster) Rector. They married April 9, 1929, in Lincoln Co., Tennessee. Ruby was born Jan. 2, 1908, in Brownsboro, Madison Co., Alabama, the daughter of Laura Emiline Sisk and Samuel Webster. She died Dec. 23, 1994. Ridley was the son of Calvin Rector and Martha Octavia (Bowden) of Crossville, Cumberland Co., Tennessee. He was born Jan. 29, 1911, and died in 1990. Both babies were premature. Ridley and Ruby were also parents of Helen and Wayne. Helen married Mr. Green. Wayne was killed in a car wreck in 1973. The children of Calvin and Octavia Rector were William George, Jane, John Carl, Sara Ellen, Alvin Depoe, Bertie Lee, Raymond Howard and Ridley Carr Rector. Source: Helen Rector Green.
