Harvey was their fourth child. The other children are Barbara, Linda and Raymond. Maggie is a daughter of John W. and Lou Ella (Stevenson) Shelton. John Shelton died in Dec. 1950, Lou Ella died in 1955. Both are buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Howard died May, 1972, and is buried in Ford's Chapel Cemetery. (ROW 20) Jessie Lee Statom married Howard Rector Nov. 13, 1926, in Madison Co. She was a daughter of Will and Lilly Statom, of Winchester, Franklin Co., Tennessee. Sources: Barbara Statom. Marriage record, Vol. 52, p. 164. RECTOR, LEON R. NOV. 22, 1929 - DEC. 19, 1929. (ROW 20) Leon was a son of Howard and Jessie (Statom) Rector. They married Nov. 13, 1926, in Madison Co., Alabama. Howard was son of Calvin and Martha Octavia (Bowden) of Crossville, Tennessee. Other children of Howard and Jessie were Bill and Thelma Rector. Jessie was a daughter of Will and Lilly Statom. Jessie died in 1939, and is buried in Merrimack Cemetery. Howard Rector married Maggie Shelton. They were parents of Barbara, Linda and Raymond Rector. Sources: Helen Rector Green. Barbara Balch. REEDER, MINNIE, DIED 13 APRIL 1915. ND STONE Minnie Cantrell married Barry Reeder May 3, 1896, in Warren Co., Tennessee. The family was in Merrimack in 1911. She was born in 1873. Berry was a son of Mina Reeder who was born in May, 1849 in Tennessee. In 1900, Mina was a widow who had 10 children, 6 had lived. Berry was born in Dec. 1875, in Tennessee. The children of Berry and Minnie were Mina, Leona, Jewel (male), May and Helion. Mina, born July, 1898, married Ira Wilkes, Aug. 25, 1914, in Madison Co., Alabama. NO STONE Mary Rice was daughter of Tom Ray and Ella Clark. She married Louie Rice. She died Nov. 15, 1938, about six months after she was in an automobile accident in which her mother was killed. Louie was born Sept. 3, 1912, in New Hope, Madison Co., Alabama. After Mary Annie's death Louie married and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee. There he was inducted into the U.S. Army in April, 1945. When he was discharged, July 1945, his family lived in Huntsville. Please see entry for Ella Ray Clark, her mother. 84 - (1390)
