Jordan, and Henry C, Jordan, child ran of my dec'd ________
daughter Mary Jordan^/" I elec give to my aaid grand sons, William H James B and Henry C Jorcan One Negro Boy Toplin about Twenty yeara old. It ia my will and desire that if either of my said grand sons should die before they come of Lawful age or marry that their portion of the Land and Negro given to them shall go to the survivors or aurvivor.

Also a negro man George should bo prove to be my property in a suit now depend'nr in the County Court of Madison County, With the same proviso, ae to the Land that la if my aaid grandson, William I Sumner dies Lawful heirs or Heir of hia body, that the said Negroes shall be equally divided between the children of my Daurh'er Matilda Allen, or their furvivors. It if also my will and desire that the negroes given to my said grand aon, William I. Sumner ahould remain in the possession and disposition of my wife Nancy to manage aa she may think proper during her life for the purpose of raising end educating my raid grand Son,
