The Southeast quarter (SE|) of Seotion Twenty Right (28); Twenty (20) ocrea in the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter (SWr) of Seotion twenty eight (28) and the Northeast quarter (NE$) of Seotion Thirty three (33) of Township Pour (4) Range one 1) Rest, subject to a conveyance of one (1) "ore conveyed by Elizabeth Mad-kins to A. McDonald, Trustee, containing three hundred and forty (340) ores more or less and being the aame property conveyed to the aaid James r. Cowley by deed of John a. Anderson., bearing date January 2nd, 1919 of reoord in the office of the Judge of Probate of aaid County in Deed Book 116, page 487.
